When a peppercorn is larger than 4.25mm pinhead, it is considered Tellicherry, and ours is 4.75mm pinhead known as Special Extra Bold Tellicherry. Our pepper has more robust and complex flavour when compared to regular peppercorn. They have a mildly spicy flavor and soothing earthy aroma. Black pepper is a rich source of antioxidants, minerals & vitamins, and is known to boost immunity. It has high content of dietary fiber along with a moderate amount of proteins.
