Buildings are designed to be safe under different kind of forces or loads where seismic forces are one of the type, known as earthquake forces, which moves horizontally in terms of horizontal shaking, which results in deformation in the building and building components in terms of cracks. Beam-Column Joint is part of the building on which the complete building stands, is more critical and sensitive, and when it fails; the building loses its maximum strength. This portion of the building is very difficult, time-consuming, and costly to reconstruct, so this contribution is about just rehabilitating and retrofitting it to regain its strength using an appropriate way. This book is a collection of primary and advance knowledge of the RCC beam-column joint and covers the maximum concepts related to rehabilitation and retrofitting but not all so it can be considered as the reference.
