Broken case & looks duplicate
Got the product in safe package of flipkart, but on opening, found out that product was already opened.
Sound quality was also bad(presence of noise, low frequency response) and was not even the quality of cx180. The build quality also doesn't looks like original Sennheiser. Sennheiser authenticity label is also missing from the product delivered. All these suggests it is a counterfeit.
