INSERT Make sure you are relaxed and comfortable. Now gently separate the labia with your free hand and insert the folded cup in the vagina at an angle inclined towards the base of your spine with the curved edge of the cup facing the vaginal opening. REMOVE After proper handwashing, reach for the stem with your thumb and forefinger, squeeze the base of the cup to release suction, and gently pull it out.
