Did not meet expectations

Within a month,Feeling wood while sitting on it and on the edges. Tried calling their customer care number but no response at all. They mentioned 3 years warranty, but by the time you call for any sofa issue after purchase they disappear. I believe the reviews they postes may be paid ones.
