This warranty is valid for repairing/replacement of the pump set at our option, or any part thereof, provided that the pump set is returned freight paid to our nearest branch/dealer within 18 months from the date of manufacturing or 12 months from the date of purchase, which ever is earlier, by the first used along with purchase documents and the duly filled in card with dealer's stamp. We can not accept responsibility if the pump set is found to be repaired by persons other than those authorized by us to carry out such repairing. The warranty will not cover consequential damage/defects of any nature resulting from improper selection/improper installation/ improper use etc. of the pump set. This warranty excludes every condition or warranty, whether statutory or otherwise, whatsoever not herein expressly set out.
