The VG6-W RGB ATX midi tower stands out due to its retro-futuristic front panel and a compact design that has been conceived for price-conscious gamers with air-cooled systems. Thus, three addressable 120 mm RGB LED fans are already pre-installed, which not only provide multicolored highlights behind the acrylic windows of the front and side panel, but also ensure a trouble-free airflow.The VG6-W RGB has two pre-installed fans behind the front panel and one more at the back panel, all with addressable RGB LEDs. These can be controlled via mainboards which have headers for addressable LEDs (pin configuration: 5V-D-coded-G or 5V-D-G) in 16.8 million colors. If the mainboard does not have the required header, a manual control is available. With this, fourteen lighting effects can be selected using the reset button of the case.The front panel of the VG6-W RGB gives the case a unique retro-futuristic finish that will especially appeal to gamers. The LED “eyes” above on the front panel provide the case with a strongly expressive character, and, underneath, the angulated acrylic window allows the pre-installed fans to be shown at their best.The VG6-W RGB is fitted on one side panel with a large acrylic window for displaying the installed hardware. The window is not only suitable for presenting this, but it can also display showy interior modifications and illuminated components.The case has been kept as compact as possible without making sacrifices as far as hardware compatibility is concerned. It holds up to four SSDs and up to three HDDs as well as an optical drive. With the design, we have consciously avoided any unnecessary extras.To ensure that the installed hardware is optimally protected, the VG6-W RGB has removable and therefore easy-to-clean dust filters on the air intake areas. If desired, the filter for the front fans can be removed to change the lighting mood.
