Summary of the Book

Becky Bloomwood’s life is finally falling in line. She’s being paid to shop, she has a fantastic Manhattan apartment, and she’s opened a joint bank account with her live-in boyfriend, Luke. When Luke proposes, Becky jumps up in happiness. The excitement and thrill make her giddy, but there’s a lot to do.
