I Purchased both books and i found writing and typing mistake in this book matters was good but manner of writing was wrong... This is become a good book if it can be written in easy language and daily use terminology

Nice syllabi content related to food safety exam of uttar pradesh and maharstra but not useful for jharkhand food safety exam as it had less coverage on food and nutritional topic. Otherwise its a good book.
