Avoid at any price

Although it is a USB 3.0 drive the write speeds are very poor irrespective of whether it is connected to a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 connection. When plugged to a USB 3 connection, copying to the drive starts at about 7- 8 mbps transfer speed and consistently decreases till it reaches about 500 kbps. It took me over an hour to copy 10-11 Gb data from my notebook to this device. My last SP pen drive, as my experience with previously purchased SP USB 3.0 drives hasn't been satisfactory either.
