Girls! Stop wasting your money and time on pads and tampons. You are adding to the trash in the world. Start using menstrual cup. I know it's a bit scary at first. A:you should select S-small size if u have lower flow during periods or u should select M size for medium or heavy flow during periods, don't select L-large size bcoz it's for normal delivery women
