I'm 22 and I had issue in choosing the right size so earlier i had ordered medium size but I wasn't able to insert it so I ordered small size which fits perfectly and am really happy that I ordered this cup .It is very comfortable to put on .So many people are saying that both medium and small are of same size but that's not true ,am attaching a picture of both to make it clear to those who are confused about its size .

A:No, it will be pain full. Because in periods our vergina will be wet. So, it is easily insert in our vergina. But other times our vergina was always dry or we can say it's difficult to insert.
