Extreme as the name suggest is a strong fragnance lasting for 4 to 7 hours depending upon weather conditions. The top notes are fresh and energetic a combination of lemon and basil and the heart of the perfume captures essence of geranium contrasted by cedarwood. Overall its a nice perfume ment for individuals who like their fragnance to be strong. Filpkart delivery was very good and the item delivered is genuine and not a fake copy. Overall a good purchase.
