Q:Is this soft or hard ? coz m using memory foam n is soft and goes down wherever you put mass till you come out. so m looking for something hard and parallel where i can sit and sleep both.

matress size is 1 inch smaller from both side . Matress is nice and doesn't produce heat. It is not too soft nor hard .. and that's why we don't have back pain .

3.5 * quality uis good enough but there is coir at bottom side but no any cotton or any other foam layer between bottom cotton layer and coir as shown in picture.so it may tear bottom layer soon. othwrwise very good quality.
