    Useless product

    You mentioned in specifications it's support for back pain and spine but it's not good for that type of conditions.
    The return policy mentioned 10 replacements but you didn't accepted my request.
    It's not the correct way to helpful customer.

    The photo may be dark, we haven't move the bed yet but this mattress is very nice, don't walk on top of it you may sink, on the other hand it is meant for sleeping not for walking or jumping on top of it. When you sleep it align with the body and we do not sink in it. This is not ortho, it is neither too soft or too hard. I haven't tested the other side of the bed. It is very comfortable.
