Q:Is there any manual reclining when power is not there?

A:Yes We have Manual recliners that is Recliner RX6,RX5,RX3 and Recliner RX7- Swivel Rocker Recliner but the Recliner RX7 - Motorized Fabric Recliner will not recline without the power

Did not meet expectations

thin wire that burnt means an fault in recliner's mechanism and now recliner stops working not even a month.
