Service Type	To initiate the warranty claim process, please contact us on +91 8884884345 or support@mysleepyhead.com with clear description of the problem, associated pictures and copy of purchase invoice. Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. Sleepyhead Home Decor Private Limited / Sleepyhead reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the mattress prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty. Once the claim has been verified, Sleepyhead will, at its own discretion repair, replace or give a Prorated Credit Settlement as per the Terms and Conditions to warranty.
Covered in Warranty	1. Upon opening, the Roll-Packed mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 72 hours, if it doesn't comes back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected. However, a + or - 15 mm variation in length, width and thickness is in the tolerance limit. 2. Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product. 3. Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling. 4. Reduction of thickness of greater than 1 inch will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect.
Not Covered in Warranty	1. Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching.2. Sleepyhead mattress is designed to be used on a firm solid surface, any defect found due to improper support for the mattress is not be covered under warranty.3. Any improper usage.4. Any sort of fabric/zip/mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty5. Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered as defect.6. Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 1 inch of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty.7. Any damage caused due to liquid spillage is not covered under the warranty.8. Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care.9. Exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.10. Any damage happened to mattress due to ironing on the mattress will be not covered under warranty claims.

Care Instructions	Gently remove the mattress cover without damaging the foam inside. Keep the zip closed while washing. Preferred washing type is Machine Wash, Warm at 40C using mild detergents. Do not use brush for cleaning and do not dry under direct sunlight. It is advised to wash the cover separately. Do not iron on the mattress / mattress cover or place heat inducing commodities that may lead to fabric melt. Liquid detergent preferred. If powder detergent is used, always dissolve the detergent in water and mix with the cover during washing.

It's OK Ok. It's too soft so sitting on bed isn't that comfortable. It's ok as long as weight is spread out. Had higher expectations but nothing like what is suggested.

The product thickness is not as per mentioned. It mentions 8 inches but it expands to only 4-5 inch Max. Better to go to store and purchase.

1. On product display it is mentioned that 30 days trial period but if bought through flipkart only 10 days replacement policy is applicable.
2.It should be more firm as being latex foam mattress. 3.For 8 inch mattress thickness of latex should be increased also.
