A. Due to the display settings, the hand ring step counting can display up to 999,999 steps. More than 1,000,000 steps need to be viewed in the app.
Q. What does the Smartwatch depend on to determine the walking distance?
A. Walking distance is calculated by the built-in step counting algorithm which takes the information of the user’s height, motion intensity, step length, and step frequency as input.
Q. How can be swimming with a Smartwatch test the distance to swim?
A. At present, our Smartwatch has no swimming mode. Related functions are still under development.
Q. Why is the display wrong, blurred and wired?
A. Screen display errors are generally software problems, blurred and wired are generally hardware problems.
Q. Why is the device touch button not working?
A. Generally, it is a hardware failure and the faulty Smartwatch needs to be repaired back at the factory.
Q. Is the Smartwatch waterproof? Can it be worn while bathing?
A. Our current mainstream Smartwatches are waterproof and wearable for bathing, but the water temperature should be controlled below 40 degrees.
