About the Authors

Len Bass is the Senior Principal Researcher at the Australian Technology Park and the Senior Member of the Technical Staff at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). He is an award-winning author of Software Architecture textbooks. Len has also authored Architecture-based Design of Multi-agent Systems.

Paul Clements is the author of Computer Science engineering textbooks. He is a professor at the Software Engineering Institute.

Rick Kazman is the Research Scientist at the Software Engineering Institute and is also the faculty in the University of Hawaii. His areas of research and expertise are Software Architecture, Design and Analysis Tools, Software Engineering Economics and Software Visualization. He has also authored Evaluation Software Architectures: Methods and Case Studies.
