Overall I loved the product, It's sturdy and heavy , The design and build quality is good, I tried to make dosa however the first two failed sticking to the tawa even after applying oil, subsequently the other dosas came well after rubbing with onion , we need to slightly adjust the flame slightly high will burn the dosas , slight less dosa will not get up, it has high heat retention and heat building up so accordingly we need to adjust, overall liked the product, will send a detailed review ...

A:It is rust free by drying it immediately after washing and applying a light coat of oil. Store in a dry place and re-season occasionally for better durability.
