Summary of the Book
Young Sophie has been receiving postcards from an unknown person. However, all of these are addressed to another and Sophie starts to wonders if it has any connection to her. She starts to find ways to solve this riddle. For this, she uses the philosophy that she was taught by a strange mentor, but she soon starts to doubt her own identity. The truth, according to Sophie, is much bigger and complicated than she had ever imagined. Readers will enjoy this story for all the philosophy involved in it and will be introduced to the world of famous philosophers like Socrates, Descartes, Spinoza, and Hegel.
