Warranty

Covered in Warranty	The malfunctioning of the Charger Adapter is solely attributable to manufacturing problems; the Charger should be in good shape, with no rough edges or wear and tear evidence of use. If the charger is in bad condition, claims may be refused. 85-110 Customer is responsible for payment of delivery charges. Please contact SP Tek Customer Support for the complete warranty terms and conditions manual.
Not Covered in Warranty	Physical damage and issues caused by external sources such as voltage fluctuations, current surges, moisture exposure, heating, or slow charging are not covered by the guarantee. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse or voltage fluctuations. The warranty will be void if the product is used or in poor condition. After proper validation, the customer will receive a replacement device. The customer will be responsible for paying delivery charges ranging from 60 to 120 INR depending on the pincode. Items issued as replacements for initial orders are not covered under warranty. Only one replacement can be supplied throughout the warranty period. In some circumstances, there is no pick-up for warranty claims, and the customer must self-return the product or pack it according to the rules. If a service location is not available, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All disputes are limited to Delhi jurisdiction.
