Rubber grip is good for cemented courts... see the image. I had Spalding Zone earlier which had composite grip and weared off soon...
The only issue with rubber grip is that as soon as it comes in contact with water it looses grip from that part... but not a big deal just wipe it...and you are good to go. Feels good in hand... awesome game feel. Helps with handles.

Nice Ball!
Even though they say this is an outdoor basketball, I think it is more suited for indoor games.
The pebbles wear out rather quickly when used on an outdoor court.
Weight is ok, and the bladder is so great that you'll never need to refill. Ive been using the ball for months, and still never had to refill.
For rough use, the Nivia top grip is a good option.
NB: The Spalding logo is not embossed, it is just painted on the ball.
MRP sticker on the ball says 599.

The ball is super as expected from SPALDING........The grip is outstanding nd superior in performance......It even gives outstanding performance in outdoor field..... I'd have given 5*s but the delivery is super late.......The ball was expected to be delivered in 7 days but the courier service EKART took 11 days to deliver it......I m angry with the courier service but super satisfied with the ball........GOOD JOB SPALDING AS EXPECTED........

Got punctured just in a month! Just bought it a month ago.
Had a Nike dominate earlier, it had lasted for 3 years! That ball was great!
Or either this isn't a Spalding ball just a custom made and then painted....
