Good texture and very soft. Very light. Keeps you warm but it is warm for a temperature of upto 13-14 degrees. Temperatures below 13 will make you feel cold. You can buy two of these blankets and layer up for a full fledged Delhi cold of 6-7 degrees. Still a good deal than other expensive blanket. It is a single layer blanket. I bought the grey variant and it is actually black and looks very classy. Bought at 600rs
