Decent product
Mattress is nice but the edges are very hard.
EDIT after 10 months of use
The springs are already quirky makes lot of noise.
I think pockets for springs are torn inside feels like it.
The memory foam of 2" is useless as i can feel the springs with little pressure.
The bed had 8 years warranty but the customer support is good they replaced me with a new mattress. let's see how long does this go.

Perfect product!
This is an amazing mattress. Initially it had some quality issues, replacement request was rejected from Flipkart. I emailed Springtek mattress customer care and trust me guys they are real quick. They replaced me mattress after hearing the issue and I got my mattress as they promised. Thanks Springtek. Your product quality is awesome and specially because of your customer service you will become king of mattress market. Keep it up. Thanks once again 🙂🙏🏻

Great product
I ordered this mattress in Dec 2022 but there was some mistake in it. after three months when I sent the mail to the company the company immediately replaced it and sent me a new mattress and it is just as comfortable as my first mattress. the company service is very good. the best thing is that even after three months, they replaced it immediately, without any argument, I would request everyone to definitely try it. Go for it without any doubt value of money 👍
