About Our Products & Materials: We use premium 15mm pre-laminated engineered wood boards composed of wood particles, resins, and binders, fused under heat and pressure. Additives enhance dimensional stability, fire retardancy, and moisture resistance. Our boards are fade and scratch-resistant, resist warping and sagging, offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, and high core density, and come in various colors. Installation and Assembly: Our engineered wood products include a detailed installation manual and all necessary accessories (excluding a drill Machine). Customers can easily assemble the furniture themselves; they can use their own drill machine or hire a local carpenter for drilling. Installation Support (T&C): Our products are DIY. However, if customers face assembly issues, they can contact our customer support for assistance within 24-48 hours working hours. However, Our customer support is available Monday to Saturday, between, 9 AM to 6 PM.
