First when i ordered this bt reciver i got a product in a very bad packaging. I opend and got a squeezed packet in which the bt reciver was not packed loosely. I turned it on. It connected to my phone, but as i started the music the output was very low i can hardly hear sound in the spekaer, though the sound on my phone was full.
