please dont buy
This book is not practical, author is trying to prove his point which is not practical and difficult to follow. some time may be it is difficult to understand I don't know . Meditation cannot be improved by following this book. The art of happiness is some thing very good after reading Art of happiness I was expecting good results from this book but I was disappointed.
