The middle layer of triply is a heat conducting layer which is sandwiched between food grade SS 304 surgical stainless steel and induction friendly magnetic stainless steel. It uses 20% less oil than normal cookware. The Tasla’s seamlessly rounded edges enable a spill proof, smooth pour.
