Writing this review after using the product everyday for last 4 months. It seems the weights are made up of sand and cemented like materials which are covered with rubber plastic. I got one defective weight from which sand was pouring outside from small hole. Also I felt slight difference in weight of disks. You can buy it if you are a beginner and have money constraint.
