Fair

This is good product but high maintenance. You have to replace battery after 9-12 months. When I purchased the product, Battery backup was for 3-4 hours initially then reduced after 6 months. I also purchased their battery replacement program but again it worked only for exact 6 months. Decision is yours.

Packaged so nicely...also zero latency power up as it claims...easy installation...three coloured light indicator (single light )...My purpose is fully served ... Hope it will last long... Thanks Flipkart as well as Star Watt.

Terrific

Reviewing after 15 days of use. I needed a UPS for supporting 2 wifi routers of 12V, 1.5A each, primarily to account for 1-2 minute power cut off between electricity outage and generator kicking in.
I'm satisfied with the performance, it works as expected, and there is no meeting / internet outage when power goes off

Q:I do have one 12V 1A and 5V 1A routers , can I go for 12v and 5v dual output adapter ?? My concern is does it overheat the router as the output is 12v 2A??

A:Th UPS will support combined up to 2Amps only. If the router consumes more than 2Amps. This UPS will not support it.
