On behalf of DAMS, I am proud to introduce before you “STATS MADE SIMPLE” a concise book on Biostatistics for PG aspirants and undergraduates. As far as PG Medical Entrance exams is concerned, many questions are asked on Biostatistics under PSM. This book is targeted to make concepts in Biostatistics and help students recall the answers in their PG exams. Although a number of books regarding this subject are already available, but this book is the type of book, I felt I needed during my own preparation. While answering queries of students, I realised about the need to keep it simple and follow basics. So, while teaching students in pg entrance coaching, I realised that especially for Biostatistics there is need for a book on this topic written in a simple language. Efforts are taken to cover different variety of questions, with their corrected answers and crisp explanation wherever needed. This book is being divided into 14 Chapters containing theory based concepts and questions to follow with and their explanations. However, this book is by no means a substitute for text book and is solely intended for the purpose of PG Entrance exams. This book is manageable enough to be read in the limited time available for entrance exam preparation.
