Kunzang Dolma is a Agriculture graduate and has her keen interest in Agriculture and farming, the author has vision to bring organic practices in the farming culture for the betterment of society. She has co- authored a Practical Manual on Mushroom Cultivation in Cold Arid Conditions while training under a profound professor and institute KVK- Skaust K Leh. The author is currently working for Agriculture Finance Limited under the scheme MODI(Mission Organic Development India) with target to convert the whole Ladakh farming into organic by 2025. This book is her own research based on her rural agriculture training during her undergraduate days.
