It's a little heavy when you first use it, spend 2 hrs with it and you will get used to it.
OLED screen is huge gimmick but it's there and pretty cool.
LED illumination is bright and amazing.
Steelseries engine software is easy to use as well.
All Buttons including macros feel premium and clicky.
Overall I am happy with the mouse.

It features an OLED display which can be customised to show real-time stats such as health, accuracy, number of headshots and more. You can even personalise your mouse making it show your gamer name.
Customise your mouse further by replacing the top cover and sensor, allowing you to swap them with covers of different materials which are sold separately. It also features reinforced left and right switches.
Create unique in-game alerts to give you an edge in battle. You will be notified if a particular statistic like health or mana drops too low.
The PixArt optical sensor ensures precise tracking of your every movement, making sure you don't miss out even a single enemy on the battlefield.
Other features such as acceleration and deceleration customisation, CPI (count per inch) options ranging from 100 to 16,000 and a 7-button layout make the Rival 700 a good choice.
