ExactAccel does the exact opposite, it helps you increase the speed of cursor movement, enabling faster movements.
You needn't install any software to use the Sensei. Plug the wireless receiver into the USB port of a computer and you're all set to use the mouse. It doesn't require installation of any software and works well on any PC, including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Mac OS.
