About the book
To Stir Up an Ornate Nest is a poetic kaleidoscope of human emotions and experiences. It is a keen insight on issues ranging from India's patriarchal psyche, society's tenacious beliefs, lessons learnt from nature, to the oft missed subtleties of life's daily joys and struggles.
Full of evocative imagery and sensitivity, the poet's urgent voice against inequality echoes through the pages of the book, interspersed with vivid journeys into quiet moments spent amidst nature and melody.
