About Anant Pai

Anant Pai was the former editor of Amar Chitra Katha. He is best known for pioneering Indian comics and creating Amar Chitra Katha and Tinkle magazine. Uncle Pai, as his fans call him, received much acclaim for his work, including the Yudhvir Memorial Award in Hyderabad, Maharashtra Rajya Hindi Sahitya Academy Award, Lifetime Achievement Award – at the First Indian Comic Convention, New Delhi and Karpoorchand Puraskar of Uttar Pradesh Bal Kalyan Sansthan.

This book is very good if you want to spend some quality time with your kid. 2 pages of the story everyday helps you spend good time with them. I only hope the price would have been a bit lower.

Good collection

This book contains the 5 famous stories of Bhagvat. The stories are quite helpful and kids enjoyed them. Due to hardboard cover it is safe to handle. Pitures inside are very nice and explain the situation very nicely.
