Slightly disappointed
The packaging ain't good. Earlier you guys used to wrap the book with a plastic sort of material ensuring the book doesn't either get damaged or dirty, but now you guys has ceased to do so. The bookmark being not available along with the book is a huge disappointing gesture!.
