Worth every penny
Very nice quality plastic and made looks good, , safety may be average I think, but don't go for unbranded ,it's far better quality i was checked at bicycle Store , go head, not for professional cycle, only occasional cycling

A:Yes it may be but I cannot be sure because everyone's head is not the same, some are big and some are small. But I can surely say that it is not for an adult. The design and looks are very nice.
