Q:how to apply! Please explain step wise.step 1is clear in step 2 should we apply color on all hairs means including highlighted hair.
A:The are 2 steps to apply the colour. 1st you need to highlight your hair and wash it after 30 minutes. let it dry completely so you can see the highlights and then apply the hazel brown colour to it

A:one is for highlighting and the other is to make it hazel brown. when you highlight it turns copper so in order to get the desired colour you need to apply the colour and developer in step 2
