My head size is 60cm so I ordered XL. Felt small in size at first but after a weeks use it became loose and now fits perfectly.
Very comfortable (at first it wasn't). Doesn't feel like you're carrying 1.5kgs of weight in your head.
The only problem I'm facing is if I'm wearing glasses, the sun shield won't come out. It gets stuck above the glass. I don't always need gl...
