Description

'Khaman Dhokla' is said to have originated from the state of Gujrat, eaten for breakfast, as the main course, as a side dish, or as a snack in India. It is a mildly tangy-sweet soft, steamed cake made from gram flour. Prepare fluffy dhoklas in a minute using Suhana Khaman Dhokla Instant Mix.

Cooking Instructions	Add 4 tbsp oil to 200ml water. Pour the mixture in Suhana Khaman Dhokla Mix and gently mix to form smooth batter without lumps. Grease baking plates/trays with little oil. Pour the batter in the oil greased plate evenly. Steam for 15-20 minutes or till done. Remove and allow to cool for 10 mins & cut into small cubes. Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Garnish coriander and grated coconut.
Storage Instructions	Store in a cool and dry place away from moisture.Do not refrigerate.
