Cooking Instructions	1. Add 1/2 Cup/ 100g curd and water to Suhana Rice Idli Mix . Mix well and set aside for 1 Minutes. 2. Add remaining 1cup/200g curd to make a smooth batter. Mix well and set aside for 2 minutes. 3. Slightly grease the idli moulds with oil.Pour the batter in moulds and steam for 10-20minutes or till done. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
