SUHANA Khaman Dhokla Instant Mix 200 g  (Pack of 4)

The dhokla mix comprises vegetarian ingredients, including Bengal gram flour, sugar, citric acid for acidity regulator, edible common salt, sodium bicarbonate as the raising agent for fluffy dhoklas, turmeric, and asafoetida. These wholesome ingredients not only ensure the vegetarian nature of the mix but also contribute to its authentic flavour profile and nutritional value. This dhokla mix is incredibly easy to use, requiring minimal effort and preparation. Simply add 4 tablespoons of oil to 200ml of water and pour the mixture into the dhokla mix, gently mixing until a smooth batter without lumps is formed. Grease baking trays with a little oil, evenly pour the batter onto the greased surface, and steam for 15-20 minutes or until done. Once cooked, allow it to cool for 10 minutes, then cut into small cubes and temper it with mustard seeds, and curry leaves, and garnish with coriander and grated coconut for added flavour and visual appeal.
