Multigrain Oats Porridge as it is called in English is also known as Sattu Mavu Kanji Podi in Tamil and multigrain Java in Telugu. Freshly grown Ragi, Wheat, Maize, Jowar, Green Gram, Bajra and Channa Dal are washed, separated from impurities, roasted and ground together. Green Elaichi pods are ground finely to add flavor to the mix. The ingredients make it suitable for kids, elders, office goers and fitness enthusiasts.

Usage Instructions	1. Take two heapful teaspoons of health mix powder & stir well in 250 ml normal water. 2. Keep Stirring to avoid lump formation. 3. Allow the mixture to boil on the stove stir continuously. 4. Now, lower the gas ame and allow the mixture to cook well. 5. Add powdered Jaggery to suit your taste, and continue to cook until it blends well. 6. Slightly Cool the mixture. 7. Now add 50 ml Lukewarm milk and mix well. 8. Our Yummy! health drink is ready !
