  • Description

SuperFreakonomics is the follow-up to Stephen J. Dubner and Steven D. Levitt’s bestselling book on how the principles of economics can be used to predict just about anything.

    Summary of the Book

The bestselling partnership returns in this book on just about everything. What do pimps and real estate brokers have in common? What do the patterns in the ages of soccer players, health issues of children in the womb during Ramadan, and the upbringings of terrorists have in common? How are the skills of doctors and Azyxxi related to how terrorists in the UK were tracked down by banks? How is a street prostitute similar to a department-store Santa and how much good does a car seat really do? Levitt and Dubner work their magic once again and mix storytelling and statistics to show the world for the good, bad, ugly, and super freaky thing that it is.
