Very good Vitamin tablet with 70% if the recommended daily allowance (RDA). The greatest part is it has B12 as methylcobalim format and not many here in India provide Cyanocobalamin which is not good in the long run. They could have increased the Vitamin D3 to 1000 IU instead of the 400 IU which is for namesake. Not feeling tired now a days. Highly recommend and they have a QR code to verify authenticity.
