Product is heavy weight and not worth of money , only backup is long 100 hours in real , return policy is not aplicable for this product overall I m not satisfied

Did not meet expectations

i purchased it last year and one of the side has stopped working and also it is very heavy on the neck due to its large battery and size.
so not a good product overall.
boat is much better.

it is also not very convenient to use due to its weight.
considering the price i wanted it to last for 2 years atleast.
