Disha is a good book (not a great one though). Concepts are explained well.
If you are a beginner, you might not understand the methods and short-cuts well. But, if you have minimum base in Quant and Verbal, this should suffice. After all, this is a book for final revision and exam practise. So minimum understanding of concepts is expected from you.
Watch out for typos (only a few) especially in the key. Also, some mistakes in the questions also. However, these printing mistakes are easily no...

Latest question papers are not original
I verified 2014 snap question paper with the question paper in this book. It's no where same. And solutions provided are very confusing for many questions.
