Home made and hand crafted Kacche Aam Ka Achar (Unripe Mango pickle) made from selected fresh green Ramkela mangoes and selected finest ingredients bring to perfection. Ramkela is a special pickle variety grown only in Uttar Pradesh. It has special aroma and flavour. A traditional pickle consumed by all of us during our childhood. We used to carry this pickle in our lunch box or picnics and enjoyed with Paratha, Puri or Khichdi. We are making this amazing pickle in a more traditional and home-made way without any preservatives. Aged under Sunlight only. The pickle uses several types on Indian spices/condiments, along with salt and Cold pressed Mustard oil, which gives it a natural shelf life.
